Our $21 New Patient Special covers your first two appointments with us. It is designed to help the doctors see what you have going on and how we can best help. It includes your consultation, examination, 3D xray of your spine, and your first adjustment. (revert to setting NP appointment)
We are located next to the Planet Fitness in Cranberry, on Dutilh Road. The address is 51 Dutilh Rd. Suite #220, Cranberry TWP, PA 16066.
The fees will depend on what the doctors determine is going in your case and what the best recommendations are for you. This is all part of our 2-Day New Patient Discovery process, have you been told about that yet? (revert to asking about them and getting them scheduled)
We take care a lot of patients who have Medicare(/Medicaid); however, Medicare(/Medicaid) has stated that this specific form of care is a "non-covered" service. For this reason, we offer a very thorough 2-Day new patient discovery process that is very affordable, and after that process we do our best to work with you and your budget to make care affordable for everyone if we can. Have you been told about the 2-Day discovery process and what that looks like? (revert back to NP call scripting)
That is a great question. Because of our specialty, we are a direct pay clinic. This means that all of our patients pay for their care directly, and some of them get help from their insurance if they submit reciepts of payments, depending on the type of insurance they have. Now the great news is that we are currently offering a 2-Day Discovery process for the cost of what normally would be a co-pay, would you like me to tell you about that? (revert back to NP scripting)

That is a great question. Because of our specialty, we are a direct pay clinic with all insurance groups including automobile cases and workers comp. This means that all of our patients pay for their care directly, and some of them get help from their insurance if they submit receipts of payments, depending on the case and how much medical coverage is left in the case (most cases will reimburse 100% if there is medical funds left in the case) . What ‘type’ of upper cervical technique do we practice?
Our doctors are highly specialized in what is known as Blair Upper Cervical care, it is an extremely gentle way of balancing the entire spine and relaxing your brain and nervous system without any snapping, cracking, or popping. How did you hear about us? (or what makes you ask, that is a great question?....then revert back to NP scripting)
We see patients as early as 9am and as late as 6pm on most days. Do mornings or afternoons work better for you? (revert back to NP scripting. You can give specific hours if you want, but they sometimes change over time and we typically can find appointment times that work for most people)
We pride ourselves on getting people in and out of the building within an hour of their appointment times. Your initial visit is typically less than that.
Yes, absolutely. It is very important that Mom is as healthy and aligned as possible. As far as the initial visit the only thing that changes is that the 3D imaging of the neck may or may not be taken. Than is something the doctors will review with you during your appointment. (revert back to NP scripting)
Our doctors are specialized in the Blair Upper Cervical procedure which is very precise and effective. Our doctors don't typically see people unless they have 3D imaging, and when they do the adjustment patients lay on their side and there is a gentle impulse in to the neck, without bending or cracking the neck. People who have any anxiety around having their neck adjusted tend to do really well with this type of work.
Have you been adjusted by an upper cervical chiropractor in the past? NO: Ok, we do a very special kind of care, I understand you were looking to be adjusted on your first visit, however our doctors need to download and analyze your exam findings, which typically takes 48 hours. Our doctors have accommodated this request in the past by combining multiple visits into one day (one visit in the morning and one in the afternoon), but his usually takes up quite a bit of time so I would need to get their approval first. Otherwise, I can definitely get both appointments scheduled today that way you get adjusted as soon as possible?
That is fantastic! What I can do is set up a new patient transfer appointment (or NP Checkup if only passing through town etc) with one of the doctors. They will still want to sit down with you and get your history, as well as do some of our baseline testing. If you have your previous Blair office send your misalignment information in advance, our doctors will be able to adjust the same day, otherwise you will need new imaging.
